Unfortunatly yes, so when you notice that your keylogger isn´t working as it should and you have a antivirus installed, try to add the The Best Keylogger to the antiviruses exception list or turn the antivirus off for the moment.
Most possible reason is that you are have an antivirus installed that prevents The Best Keylogger from activating the serial key. Most people just shuts down the antivirus for 2 mins, activates the serial for The Best Keylogger, then turn the antivirus back on, problem solved.
Yes - The Best Keylogger can log any passwords that are typed by the user while he/she is being monitored.
- 1.) Download here.
- 2.) Install.
- 3.) The Best Keylogger will automatically start.
- 4.) Click Start to start logging. You will by default log all keystrokes, system events, take screenshots and log mouseclicks.
- 5.) After testing it out, press 'CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + K' ( Last character is by default 'K' if you havent changed it ), together, you will see a screen, type in your password ( that you entered when you started The Best Keylogger for the first time ) and hit enter or OK.

Go to Settings > General settings > Application settings and make sure that one of these options are checked, "Run when windows starts for all users" or "Run when windows starts for current user"

Sure. If you press 'Logs' to the left to open the logviewer, and then navigate to Keystrokes tab, there you can see every keystroke typed by the user.
- If you pressed your key combination ( default "CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+K" ), and it didnt show an unlocking window that its probably not runnning or logging.
- To be 100% sure, check if you see a proecss named SyDir.exe in task manager processes. If you dont see it, then its not logging and that means you have to manually star The Best Keylogger again.
- Starting manually could be as easy as just clicking the shortcuts that came when installing The Best Keylogger.

8.) Press 'Send Test' Button to test it.
9.) If you want to exlude some logs, expand the Logs box below and uncheck the logs you dont want to be emailed.

- 3.) Add processes by clicking the "+" sign.
- 4.) Either browse to the file.exe or type in the name of the process that you want to be logged
Yes! Just make sure that the "Run when windows starts for all users" option is checked and the Keylogger will start monitor all users on the computer.
No, you can't. The logs are encrypted and can only be watched from the log viewer.

Press on "Logs" button to the left to open the Log viewer. Then right click a log, you can delete it or delete all of its type.

Yes in the "Settings > Filter settings > User settings" , here you can decide which user to log and who not to log.
- 1.) Go to Settings > Delivery settings > Notification settings.
- 2.) Check the "Enable Alert Notifications" box.
- 3.) If you want a screenshot to be send with every notification, check the "Send screenshot of current window" box.
- 4.) Enter words that you want to get an email everytime they are entered. You can add words by pressing the "+" sign.
- 5.) Check the template list it contains the email provider you are using to send emails with, because if it does, choose it and it will automatically enter the right values in the right fields for you.
- 6.) Setup your SMTP settings like username and password
- 7.) Send test , to see if your configuration is working.
- 8.) Dont forget to check trashcan , some emails ends up there for some reason.

- 6.) Make sure "Dual monitor" is checked, if you have more then 1 monitor, otherwise this should be unchecked.
- 7.) Select the your Image quality for the screenshots , JPEG is recommended.
- 8.) Select the your Image size for the screenshots, Fullscreen is recommended.

- 3.) Make sure "Include subdictories" is checked if you want to watch for changes in sub directories as well.
